Melissa A. Johnson brings a calm, practical approach to real estate, shaped by 15 years serving her community as a Mahtomedi firefighter/EMT and years of firsthand experience owning, renovating and managing properties.

Having worked with rental properties, renovations, flips and investment projects, Melissa helps her clients consider the things that matter after closing: property condition, maintenance, renovation costs, ownership risks and long-term value.
